Anti-PROK2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Prokineticin 2 (PROK2), also referred to as PK2. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications, and it reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 20-129 of human PROK2 (NP_001119600.1). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific, and the molecular weight of the target is 20 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:1,000-1:5,000, IHC: 1:50-1:100, and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:100.
