A rabbit monoclonal antibody targeting the Progesterone Receptor, offered by Antibodies.com as clone X22-C. The reagent is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form, with reactivity confirmed against human samples. Recommended applications include IHC-P and IHC-Fr, with suggested IHC dilutions of 1:100-1:200. The antibody was raised against a peptide derived from the N-terminal region of the human progesterone receptor and recognises the epitope between Lys5-Pro21. It is formulated in Tris Buffered Saline, pH 8.0, with 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide, and should be stored at 4°C.
