Anti-Progesterone Receptor Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide taken within amino acid region 320-370 of the human Progesterone receptor protein. Reactivity has been demonstrated against cat, human, monkey, and pig samples. The antibody is supplied as a liquid at a concentration of 0.50 µg/µL in a proprietary buffer (pH 7.4-7.8) containing 30% glycerol and 0.5% BSA, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:10,000 for dot blot, 1:10,000 for ELISA, 1:150 for immunoprecipitation, and 1:500 for Western blot. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
