Anti-Profilin-2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Profilin-2 and is supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It is unconjugated and reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human Profilin-2, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Profilin-2 protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight of the target protein is approximately 15 kDa.
