Anti-PRODH Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PRODH, unconjugated and supplied in liquid form at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The immunogen used was recombinant full-length human PRODH, and the resulting polyclonal reagent detects endogenous levels of PRODH protein. The antibody has an observed molecular weight of approximately 60 kDa.

The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with both Human and Mouse samples. It is of the IgG isotype and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
