Anti-PRODH Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to PRODH, distributed by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent has been validated for Western Blotting (WB) with a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000, and is reactive against human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 321–600 of human PRODH (NP_057419.4). The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 68 kDa, and the concentration is lot specific.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
