Anti-PROCR Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent is designed for the sensitive detection of PROCR (Protein C Receptor, also known as EPCR or CD201) in research samples. Supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the antibody is unconjugated and has been affinity-purified against a recombinant human PROCR immunogen, allowing recognition of the endogenous target protein. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows and has been tested for reactivity with both human and mouse samples, giving useful cross-species coverage for translational studies of endothelial and coagulation biology.
