The goat polyclonal anti-proBNP antibody from Antibodies.com targets pro-B-type natriuretic peptide (proBNP), the 108-amino-acid prohormone precursor of BNP secreted by cardiac ventricular myocytes in response to wall stretch and pressure overload. This unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied at 1 mg per vial and is validated for Western blot, ELISA, lateral flow, and chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) workflows.
