Anti-PRNP Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against PRNP, available through Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated reagent is validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

Generated against recombinant full length human PRNP, the antibody detects endogenous levels of PRNP protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and the target migrates at approximately 27 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
