Anti-PRMT6 Antibody

This Primary Antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting PRMT6, supplied unconjugated as an IgG. The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and is reactive with human and mouse samples.

The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, purified by affinity chromatography. PRMT6 has a reported molecular weight of 42 kDa. The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–375 of human PRMT6 (NP_060607.2) and has been KO validated. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
