Anti-PRMT5 Antibody

Sourced through AFMS, the authorised Saudi distributor, this recombinant monoclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets protein arginine methyltransferase 5 (PRMT5), the type II methyltransferase responsible for symmetric dimethylation of histone and non-histone arginine residues. The antibody is supplied as 50 µl of an unconjugated recombinant rabbit monoclonal preparation in 1× TBS (pH 7.4) with 1% BSA, 40% glycerol and 0.05% sodium azide as preservative, and is raised in a rabbit host of IgG isotype.
