Anti-PRKY (H93) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PRKY (H93), available from Antibodies.com, is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

Specificity is directed against the PRKY target, with the polyclonal antibody detecting endogenous levels of PRKY protein. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 61-110 of Human PRKY. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 32 kDa.
