Anti-PRKX Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against an internal epitope of human PRKX (also known as PKX1, Protein kinase X, or Serine/threonine-protein kinase PRKX), a cAMP-dependent protein kinase catalytic subunit. The 50 µl aliquot is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL as an unconjugated rabbit IgG preparation in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is validated for Western blotting and immunohistochemistry on human samples, where it recognizes endogenous levels of total PRKX protein. Purification is by affinity chromatography against the epitope-specific immunogen, ensuring a target-specific reagent suitable for detection of the kinase in lysates and tissue sections. For handling, the antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
