Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PRKRA, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The reagent is raised in rabbit and detects endogenous levels of total PRKRA protein in samples of mouse origin, with validated use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC).
The antibody was generated using a recombinant human PRKRA protein as immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography on the immunogen. It is provided at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, without added magnesium or calcium. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
