Anti-PRKRA Antibody

This Antibodies.com polyclonal reagent is raised against PRKRA (protein activator of interferon-induced protein kinase EIF2AK2, also known as PACT or RAX), a dsRNA-binding stress-response protein implicated in innate immunity and the PKR/eIF2α translational control pathway. Affinity-purified from rabbit hosts and unconjugated for flexible secondary detection, the antibody is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry, the reagent detects endogenous PRKRA across human, mouse and rat samples and supports investigations of DYT16 dystonia, cellular stress responses, and viral defense mechanisms in fixed and lysed specimens.
