Anti-PRKRA Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting PRKRA, also referred to as PACT (PKR activating protein). The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, supplied as a liquid formulation in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with the target reported at a molecular weight of 35 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–313 of human PRKRA/PACT (NP_003681.1), and the antibody is purified by affinity methods.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody has recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The manufacturer's datasheet indicates reactivity with mouse samples, while the Antibodies.com product page also lists human and rat reactivity. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C upon receipt, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. For research use only.
