Anti-PRKD3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting PRKD3 — also referred to as PKC nu or Protein kinase D3 — supplied by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. PRKD3 is an intracellular enzyme with low tissue specificity, mapped to the nucleoplasm and cytosol.

The reagent is raised in rabbit, has an IgG isotype, and is provided in unconjugated form. Reactivity is confirmed for human and mouse samples. Generation used a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 1–100 of human PRKD3 (NP_005804.1), and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography.

Validated for Western blot, with a recommended working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported molecular weight of 70 kDa. It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
