Protein kinase C zeta (PRKCZ) is an atypical member of the serine/threonine PKC family, and phosphorylation at threonine 410 within its activation loop is widely used as a read-out of its catalytically active state. This rabbit polyclonal antibody, raised against the phospho-T410 epitope, lets researchers visualize activated PRKCZ in fixed tissue sections from human, mouse, and rat samples by immunohistochemistry. Supplied as unconjugated IgG in a 50 µL vial, the reagent integrates into standard chromogenic and fluorescence IHC protocols in academic and translational pathology laboratories, including studies of signaling downstream of NF-κB, insulin, and cell-polarity cascades. The polyclonal IgG is unconjugated, giving users flexibility to pair it with their preferred HRP- or fluorophore-labeled secondary reagents. Produced by Antibodies.com and benchmarked against a widely cited Abcam reference reagent (ab194922), the antibody offers a reliable reagent choice for cross-species comparison of activation-loop phosphorylation in archival and freshly prepared sections. Each tube contains affinity-purified polyclonal antibody from rabbit host serum, intended for research use only.
