Anti-PRKCZ (phospho T410) Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab194922)

Raised in rabbit against a synthetic phospho-T410 peptide spanning residues of atypical protein kinase C zeta (PKCζ, gene PRKCZ), this affinity-purified polyclonal IgG selectively recognizes the kinase only when threonine 410 within the activation loop is phosphorylated. Because unmodified PRKCZ is not detected, the reagent is well matched to studies that track activation-state dynamics of the atypical PKC family in NF-κB signalling, insulin-driven glucose uptake, and establishment of cell polarity. Cross-reactivity has been confirmed on human, mouse, and rat orthologues, supporting translational work that compares tissue or cell-line responses across species. Supplied as a 100 µl liquid (~1 mg/ml) in a standard PBS/glycerol storage buffer, the unconjugated antibody is validated for immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections and is frequently used at working dilutions in the 1:50–1:300 range. Typical downstream readouts include phospho-PRKCZ localization in neuronal tissue, metabolic liver models, and polarized epithelial cultures.
