Anti-PRKCZ Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PRKCZ, offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western Blot and ICC/IF applications. The antibody is raised in rabbit and has been verified to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and has been affinity purified. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 476–547 of human PKC zeta (NP_002735.3), and the target protein migrates at 70 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. Three scientific validation images are available.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
