Anti-PRKCSH Antibody

From Antibodies.com, a rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against Glucosidase 2 subunit beta (PRKCSH). The reagent is unconjugated and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Validated for Western blot (WB) at a recommended dilution of 1:500–1:1,000, with affinity purification yielding reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 130–275 of human PRKCSH (P14314). The detected target has a molecular weight of 80 kDa. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. For research use only.

Supporting validation includes two scientific images, such as Western blot analysis of various cell lines and mouse lung lysate using the antibody at 1:1,000, with a goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L HRP secondary at 1:10,000, 25 µg of lysate per lane, 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST and ECL Basic Kit detection, with exposure times of 5 s and 60 s respectively.
