Anti-PRKCQ (phospho S676) Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against PRKCQ (also known as PKC theta) when phosphorylated at serine 676. The rabbit-derived IgG reagent is unconjugated and has been validated for use in Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was generated using a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding S676 of human PRKCQ and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The target protein has a molecular weight of 78 kDa. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:100 for immunohistochemistry, and 1:100–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
