Anti-PRKCQ Antibody

It is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples, is validated for Western blot (WB), and is also listed for immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The manufacturer's data sheet reports a molecular weight of 82 kDa for the target protein and recommends a Western blot dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000. The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–230 of human PRKCQ (NP_006248.1). The reagent is provided as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified.
