Anti-PRKCG Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com that recognises PKC gamma (also referred to as PRKCG). The IgG reagent is supplied unconjugated in liquid form and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) on human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 558–697 of human PKC gamma (NP_002730.1). The target has a reported molecular weight of 78 kDa, and the antibody is affinity-purified. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and the concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200.
