Anti-PRKCE Antibody

Offered through the Antibodies.com catalogue, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against protein kinase C epsilon type (PRKCE), also known as nPKC epsilon and PKCE, with the immunogen being a recombinant form of the human PRKCE protein. Supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, the antibody is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and is provided unconjugated in a 50 µl volume. It specifically recognises the endogenous level of total PRKCE protein and is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with demonstrated cross-reactivity on human, mouse, and rat samples.
