Anti-PRKCE Antibody

This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting PRKCE (PKC epsilon), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 488–737 of human PKC epsilon (NP_005391.1). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target has a molecular weight of 100 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
