Anti-PRKCD Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targeting PKC delta, offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit against a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 1–160 of human PKC delta (NP_006245.2) and is affinity-purified. Supplied as a liquid at lot-specific concentration.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:100 for IHC, and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The PKC delta target is observed at 78 kDa / 85 kDa.

The formulation is phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Five scientific images accompany the antibody.
