Anti-PRKCB Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to PRKCB, also referred to as PKC beta, supplied unconjugated as a liquid by Antibodies.com. The antibody is of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 260–340 of human PKC-beta (NP_997700.1), and the antibody has been purified by affinity purification. The target has a molecular weight of 77 kDa. Concentration is lot specific, and the product is formulated in phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.3 containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Four scientific validation images are provided.
