Offered by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated polyclonal IgG antibody is raised in rabbit against PRKCA and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). Reactivity is reported against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from human PRKCA; one manufacturer description specifies a sequence within amino acids 573-672 of human PKC alpha (NP_002728.2).
Affinity-purified and supplied in liquid form with a reported molecular weight of 80 kDa, the antibody is shipped at 4°C for aliquoting and storage at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:100-1:500 and IHC 1:50-1:200.
