Anti-PRKAR1A Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against PRKAR1A, supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent in liquid form. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 300–386 of human PRKAR1A (NP_002725.1), and the antibody is KO validated. According to the manufacturer, it reacts with Human and Mouse samples and has been validated for Western Blotting and ICC/IF, with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The expected molecular weight of the target is 48 kDa.
