Anti-PRKAG1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting PRKAG1, also referred to as AMPK gamma 1, supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunofluorescence (IF/ICC) applications. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 1–331 of human PRKAG1 (NP_002724.1) and recognises the target at approximately 36 kDa and 38 kDa.

The antibody is affinity-purified and provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:100. It is shipped at 4°C and upon arrival should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
