Anti-PRKACG Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PRKACG, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 250–351 of human PRKACG (NP_002723.2) and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The target protein has a molecular weight of 40 kDa. The product is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The recommended dilution range for Western blot is 1:100–1:500. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
