Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against PRKACB using a recombinant human PRKACB protein as the immunogen, and is purified by affinity chromatography on the immunogen. It is supplied unconjugated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL.
The reagent detects the endogenous level of total PRKACB protein and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The product is supported by 3 scientific validation images.
It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
