Anti-PRKACA (phospho S339) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against the catalytic subunit of cAMP-dependent protein kinase (PRKACA) phosphorylated at Ser339. The IgG antibody is supplied unconjugated as a liquid preparation and is reactive with human samples. It is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and ELISA.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide phosphorylated at S339 of the human cAMP Protein Kinase Catalytic subunit, and the antibody is prepared by affinity purification. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with concentration determined per lot. The antigen species is human, and the predicted molecular weight of the target is 41 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 0.5 µg–4 µg of antibody for 200 µg–400 µg of whole-cell extract in immunoprecipitation. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
