Anti-PRKAB2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to AMPK beta 2 / PRKAB2, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form. The antibody is raised in rabbit and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–75 of human PRKAB2 (NP_005390.1), and the reagent is affinity purified. The target protein has a molecular weight of 33 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with avoidance of freeze/thaw cycles.
