Anti-PRKAB1 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent targets PRKAB1 (AMPK beta 1). It is supplied unconjugated and has been validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications on human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100–200 of human AMPKβ1 (NP_006244.2), and the reagent is affinity-purified. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted for storage at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 37 kDa, and the antibody concentration is lot-specific.
