Anti-PRKAA2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets PRKAA2 (AMPK alpha 2). It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The manufacturer validates it for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF).

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 343–552 of human AMPK alpha 2 (NP_006243.2), and the target has a molecular weight of 62 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and KO validated. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:100–1:500 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200.

It is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
