Anti-PRKAA1 (phospho S496) Antibody

This phosphorylation-specific polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against AMP-activated protein kinase catalytic subunit alpha-1 (PRKAA1), selectively recognizing the protein only when serine 496 is phosphorylated. Residue S496 sits within the kinase domain of AMPK alpha-1 and serves as an autophosphorylation mark widely used to read out activation of the cellular energy-sensing pathway in cell culture models and tissue samples.
