Anti-PRG2 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent was raised against PRG2. It is validated for Western blot, with manufacturer data also supporting immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples, and is backed by four scientific validation images.

The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100-200 of human PRG2 (NP_002719.3). It is provided as a liquid at lot-specific concentration, and the target protein has a molecular weight of 33 kDa. The formulation uses phosphate buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and the reagent is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500-1:1,000, IHC 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50-1:200.
