Anti-PRF1 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab180773)

An affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody to Perforin (PRF1), available from Antibodies.com and validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 280–555 of human Perforin (NP_001076585.1).

It is supplied as a liquid preparation in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, at a lot-specific concentration. The target protein has a molecular weight of 70 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.
