Anti-Presenilin 1 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Presenilin 1 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The unconjugated reagent reacts with human and mouse samples.

Supplied at 1.0 mg/mL, the antibody is formulated as Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen derived from a synthesized peptide of human presenilin 1, and detects endogenous levels of total presenilin 1 protein.
