Anti-Presenilin 1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Presenilin 1 and is supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. Raised in rabbit and of the IgG isotype, the antibody is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and detects endogenous levels of Presenilin 1 protein.

The reagent was raised against recombinant full length Human Presenilin 1 immunogen and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen; purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 52 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
