Peroxiredoxin 4 (PRDX4) is an endoplasmic reticulum-resident antioxidant enzyme that protects cells from oxidative damage and supports proper protein folding under redox stress. This unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com was raised in rabbit and binds the endogenous PRDX4 protein in human, mouse, and rat samples, enabling cross-species studies of redox biology and cellular stress responses.

The antibody is supplied as a 100 µl vial and is validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry applications. It can be used to probe PRDX4 expression in tumor tissue sections, liver and pancreatic lysates, and cultured cell models where altered peroxiredoxin levels correlate with endoplasmic reticulum stress, inflammation, or proliferative signaling. Because the reagent is unconjugated, it can be paired with HRP-, biotin-, or fluorophore-labeled secondary antibodies for chemiluminescent, chromogenic, or fluorescent detection workflows.

For best results, keep the vial refrigerated, protect from light, and aliquot upon first use to preserve antibody activity across long-running western blot and immunohistochemistry projects; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
