Anti-PRDX4 Antibody

Antibodies.com supplies this rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Peroxiredoxin 4 (PRDX4), an unconjugated IgG reagent that is affinity purified and provided as a liquid. Recommended applications include Western blot (WB) at 1:500–1:2,000 and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) at 1:50–1:100; the antibody is KO Validated for these uses. The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with a reported molecular weight of 28 kDa.

It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 38–271 of human Peroxiredoxin 4 (NP_006397.1), and the concentration is reported as lot specific.
