Anti-PRDM7 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against PRDM7 and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The IgG reagent is unconjugated and has been purified by affinity chromatography, with a reported molecular weight of 45 kDa. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 210–310 of human PRDM7 (NP_001091643.1). Reactivity has been reported for human, mouse and rat samples. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:100 for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence. The antibody should be shipped at 4°C, aliquoted upon delivery and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided; concentration is lot-specific.
