Anti-PRDM6 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PRDM6, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody validated for Western Blot (WB). The reagent is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, is of the IgG isotype, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 376–595 of human PRDM6 (NP_001129711.1). The antibody is provided as a liquid with a reported molecular weight of 80 kDa, formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Concentration is lot specific. Recommended dilution for WB is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

PRDM6 (PR/SET domain 6) shows tissue-enhanced expression in the urinary bladder, localises to the nucleoplasm, and maps to chromosome 5 (123089241–123194266).
