Anti-PRDM5 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets PRDM5, a transcription factor of the PR-domain protein family that contains a PR-domain and multiple zinc finger motifs, with family members known to be involved in cell differentiation and tumorigenesis. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and is reactive with human samples.

It was generated using recombinant full length Human PRDM5 as the immunogen and detects endogenous levels of PRDM5 protein. The reagent is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The reported molecular weight of the target is ~73kDa, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The isotype is IgG.
