Anti-PRDM2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting PRDM2, offered by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for use in Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications, with reactivity demonstrated in rat.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–240 of human PRDM2 (NP_036363.2) and is purified by affinity chromatography. The reported molecular weight of the target is 250 kDa.

The product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.30, containing 0.02% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. For research use only; not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
