Anti-PRDM14 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab187881)

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes the PRDM14 protein and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation of polyclonal specificity. It is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunoprecipitation (IP) and chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP), and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–260 of human PRDM14 (NCBI reference NP_078780.1), and the target protein migrates at a reported molecular weight of 70 kDa.

The reagent is provided as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.3, supplemented with 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is described as lot specific. Suggested working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, IP 1:20–1:100 and ChIP 1:20–1:100. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
