Description
Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody to PRDM10 of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated and validated for western blot (WB) applications. The reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and detects endogenous levels of PRDM10 protein.
It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human PRDM10 and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The antibody is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and recognises a target of approximately 130 kDa.
